SXI / MONGOLIA / CAPITAL / TOKENIZATION
Project preparation, capital structuring and market access
SXI connects Mongolian natural-resource and processing opportunities with suitable capital, commercial partners and technology. Our work starts with the project’s needs and moves toward a structure that owners and investors can evaluate.
Natural resources and mineral processing
Our areas of interest include gold and silver, copper processing, tungsten, uranium opportunities, mineral separation, ore sorting and tailings reprocessing. Inclusion of a mineral describes an area of interest, not a claim that SXI owns or operates an asset in that category.
We assess exploration, development and operating projects individually. Uranium opportunities require specialist legal, environmental, technical and export-control assessment.
- Commercial priorities: Credible offtake agreements, marketable product specifications, buyers and realistic delivered costs.
- Technical priorities: Reliable sampling, metallurgy, recovery, mine planning and appropriate independent reviews.
- Legal priorities: Valid project rights, transparent ownership, permits, security and required approvals.
Remote sensing can support exploration planning. It does not replace fieldwork, sampling, drilling or independent resource assessment.
A financing instrument for each project
We compare conventional and structured finance rather than begin with a predetermined product. Potential routes include equity, earn-ins, project debt, equipment finance, offtake prepayments, royalties, streaming and bonds with suitable credit enhancement.
Insurance-wrapped bonds and tokenization are important areas of evaluation. Their suitability depends on the project, underwriting, legal framework, investor base and total cost.
Tokenization and digital investment structures
We explore digital representations of legally defined shares, ownership interests and project-linked contractual rights. The objective is a workable investment structure with clear administration and investor controls, not a token without enforceable substance.
For a suitable gold project, this may include assessing a vehicle that holds a gold-stream contract and issues a legally supportable tokenized instrument linked to that vehicle. The legal instrument, not its digital format, determines the holder’s rights.
Practical conditions on the ground
Infrastructure remains an important constraint on Mongolia’s mineral development (USGS, Mongolia mineral industry). We therefore assess processing, power, water, logistics and buyer arrangements as parts of the same operating plan.
We look for measurable operational improvements supported by technical evidence. Technology selection should follow the site requirements and economics, not the other way around.
