We focus on natural resources, mineral processing and energy-related infrastructure. Our purpose is to make access to suitable funding more practical for project owners and the assessment of Mongolian opportunities more transparent for international capital partners.

• Prepare the investment case: Bring technical information, project rights, budgets, offtake and development milestones into a coherent proposal.
• Find the right funding route: Assess equity, debt, insurance-wrapped bonds, streaming, offtake finance and tokenized structures against the project’s stage and cash flow.
• Connect with relevant partners: Engage suitable capital, buyer and technology counterparties rather than promote the same financing product to every project.

• Understand the opportunity: Review the asset, ownership, licences, technical work, management and commercial plan through a structured process.
• Define protections: Assess security, governance, reporting, controlled use of funds and, where available, appropriate insurance or guarantees.
• Know what you own: Clarify the legal rights, payment priorities, transfer restrictions and remedies before capital is committed.

Our aim is better-informed participation with stronger safeguards, not a claim that Mongolia or any investment is risk-free.

We evaluate tokenization as a way to represent clearly defined investment rights digitally. Potential benefits include more efficient administration, greater transparency and access through smaller investment units, although these benefits depend on implementation and do not guarantee liquidity (BIS, tokenization benefits and risks).

• Shares and ownership interests: Explore legally supportable digital representations of shares or interests in a project company or special-purpose vehicle, with the actual rights specified in the legal documents.
• Gold-stream participation: Explore tokenized participation in a vehicle holding contractual rights to future gold deliveries or related proceeds. This is not the same as owning physical gold in a vault.
• Compliance by design: Put investor eligibility, identity checks, transfer controls, custody, reporting and legal enforceability into the structure from the outset.

An early-stage project may need equity or an earn-in. A project with reliable cash flow may support debt, a bond or production-linked finance. A suitable gold project may support a streaming structure, while an insurance wrap may be considered where a qualified provider is willing to underwrite defined risks.

SXI assesses the available routes, their cost, investor requirements and consequences for the owner. No insurer, bond placement, token issuance or funding commitment is assumed in advance.

Mongolia has an established mineral industry, but infrastructure and dependence on external markets remain important commercial constraints (USGS, Mongolia mineral industry). High financing costs, short loan tenors and demanding collateral requirements can also restrict private-sector investment (ADB, Private Sector Development Plan 2025–2028).

We work on the gap between project potential and an opportunity that international capital can assess. The starting point is evidence, a credible plan and an honest account of what still needs to be resolved.
