Singularity X investments, or SXI, is a Mongolia-based investment and business-development company. We act as a bridge between Mongolian project owners and global capital, helping both sides develop a clear commercial case and a workable partnership.
Our legal identity
The public brand is Singularity X investments / SXI. The legal entity is Singularity XI LLC, registered in Mongolia under registration number 7303017.
What our bridge means in practice
For Mongolian owners, we help translate local project knowledge into the information, governance and financing structures international counterparties need. For investors, we help organise project assessment around evidence, defined rights and clear responsibilities.
Our objective is to make the funding process easier to navigate and cross-border participation better structured. We do not replace independent technical, legal, tax or investment advice.
Our approach
- Project first: Understand the resource, development stage, operating plan and capital requirement before proposing an instrument.
- Evidence before promotion: Distinguish exploration potential from proven resources, and proposed transactions from completed commitments.
- A suitable structure: Compare equity, debt, bonds, insurance-backed credit enhancement, streaming, offtake and tokenization.
- Defined rights: Establish who owns the asset, who receives the funds, what investors acquire and how decisions and distributions are governed.
- Responsible execution: Include environmental obligations, worker safety, community relationships and rehabilitation in the project plan.
Mongolia is our operating context
Mongolia combines established resource activity with continuing infrastructure and private-sector development needs (USGS, Mongolia mineral industry; EBRD, Mongolia). Our role is to connect local strengths with appropriate external capital and expertise, project by project.
Any direct investment, advisory mandate, operating participation, securities issuance or placement role is subject to separate agreement, due diligence and applicable authorisation requirements. The scope of SXI’s work is defined for each engagement.
